ABOUT JILL LAURINAITIS, OWNER

Jill Laurinaitis is the founder of Digital HumanKind Media and an accomplished marketing and public relations leader with skills in all facets of marketing communications, including strategic planning, messaging, content creation, design, digital marketing, stakeholder engagement, partnerships, crisis communication, fundraising and events planning.

Jill is known for her ability to build collaborative relationships and design innovative strategies that elevate visibility and drive growth across the nonprofit, municipal and business sectors.

She began her career in New York City as an magazine and digital media editor, shaping content and audience experiences for leading Hearst magazines and online brands. She later worked in communications for the International Press Telecommunications Council (IPTC), a global consortium of major news organizations, including the New York Times and BBC, that develops technical standards for the news industry worldwide. This background enriches her work with sharp editorial instincts and audience insight — knowing what to say, how to say it, and where it will have the most impact.

Today, Jill partners with nonprofits, municipalities, schools, chambers of commerce, and businesses to develop communications strategies that build awareness, strengthen credibility, and support organizational goals. She is known for her collaborative approach, creative problem-solving, and ability to connect people, ideas, and opportunities. Past and present clients include AROS Communications/The Madison Avenue Business Improvement District (BID), and United Way of Northern New Jersey.

In addition to her client work, Jill is a recognized community leader. She was honored at the Women Who Make a Difference Gala by YWCA Bucks County in 2026 and was named an Upstander of the Year by NOVA Bucks in 2024. She has also received special recognition from the Lower Bucks County Chamber of Commerce for her role as Chair of the Champions of Commerce Awards, the organization’s premier annual event, in 2024 and 2025. Digital HumanKind Media, was voted Best Public Relations Company in the 2021 Bucks County Happening List.

As the longtime administrator of the 12,000-member Facebook Group Lower Makefield Township is a Great Place to Live, Jill has been recognized globally by Meta/Facebook as a top community leader through two exclusive programs—invite-only initiatives for exceptional administrators of large, high-impact groups. She is a passionate advocate for digital citizenship, media literacy, and parenting in the digital age, and served for a decade on the Electronic Media Advisory Council in Lower Makefield Township, including several years as chair.

Jill excels at leading teams, managing budgets, and producing measurable results across digital and traditional media channels. Jill is adept at helping organizations clarify their priorities and identify where their marketing investment — time, effort, and budget — will generate the greatest return. She approaches every project with high energy, creativity, and a collaborative, diplomatic style that earns trust and delivers results.
